Get Zoho TeamInbox notifications in Zoho Cliq through the TeamInbox bot. This article is for TeamInbox users who want their notifications in Cliq.

Applies to: Zoho TeamInbox, Zoho Cliq – All clients

Step 1: Turn on bot notifications in TeamInbox

1. In TeamInbox, click the gear icon to open the settings.
2. Click More Settings.
3. Click Personal.
4. Click Notifications.
5. Turn on Bot Notifications on Cliq.
6. In the Cliq column, turn on notify by rule.
7. Click Save changes.

Step 2: Check the bot subscription in Cliq

1. In Cliq, click your profile icon to open the settings.
2. Click Bots & Tools.
3. Check that you're subscribed to the TeamInbox bot. It should appear under Subscribed Bots.
