Set up a test organisation in Zoho Subscriptions so you can test your subscriptions with Stripe before going live. This article is for administrators who set up Stripe payments in Zoho Subscriptions.

About test organisations

Zoho lets you set up a test organisation to test your subscriptions with Stripe. In a test organisation, you can only use Stripe test cards.

• A Zoho Subscriptions test organisation can only be connected to Stripe Test Mode.
• Your live organisation can only be connected to Stripe Live Mode.

Create a test organisation

1. In Zoho Subscriptions, click your avatar icon and select Manage organisations.

2. Create a new test organisation. You can only create one test organisation in your subscription.

If you already have a test organisation, go to that organisation and set up your tests.

Note: When this article was written, testing the Stripe integration with Zoho Subscriptions seemed to need a US-linked credit card number. This was assumed to be because the Zoho data centre used for Australia was in the US. This may no longer apply if your Zoho data is now hosted in an Australian data centre.
