Share passwords for your systems with Aurelian Group securely, using the Zoho Vault link we send you. This article is for clients who want Aurelian Group to log in to their back-end systems.

You can't add MFA codes to the password. For MFA challenges, we'll need to contact you.

Step 1: Verify your email address

1. Click the link we sent you.
2. Enter your email address.

3. Click Verify and Generate OTP. The form changes to a screen where you enter a 6-digit code. The code is sent to the email address you entered (the sender is noreply@notifications.zohovault.com).

4. Enter the code and click Verify and Proceed.

Step 2: Add your passwords

The next screen shows how many passwords you can add, the passwords already submitted, and the total (previously submitted plus new) for this form. Note the form's expiry date. After it expires, you can't use the form any more.

1. Click Add Password. The password entry form opens. You can add several passwords to one form.

2. Fill in the password details. In the example below, replace "Aurelian" with your company name.

3. Click Save.

Step 3: Review and submit

After you save, you can:

• Review the passwords. Edit or delete one with the pencil or bin icon to the right of it.
• Add more passwords, unless you've reached the maximum.
• Click Submit to send the form.

Don't close the browser tab before you submit the form. If you do, your passwords won't be sent and you'll have to start again.
