How do I share a password securely with Aurelian Group?

In case you want Aurelian Group to securely log into some of your back-end systems, you can securely share the password via the link provided to you.

Notes
NOTE: you cannot add MFA codes to the password - for MFA challenges, we will need to contact you.
When you click the link, you will need to provide your email address to continue
 
 

Click Verify and Generate OTP to continue. The form changes into an input screen for a 6 digit code. This code is sent to the email you just provided (sender is noreply@notifications.zohovault.com)


Once you have entered the OTP, click Verify and Proceed

You will be taken to the screen where you can see the password allowance, the previously submitted passwords, and the total passwords (previous submitted plus the newly added passwords) via this form. Note the expiration date of the form. After the form has expired, you can no longer use it. 

Click add Password to add a new password - you can add multiple passwords to the single form. Once Clicked - you see the password entry form.


For example below (Replace Aurelian with your company name):

Once you have clicked Save - you can review the passwords (edit or delete them with the pencil or trashcan icon to the right of the password), add more passwords (unless you have reached the maximum), or Submit the form.

DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER TAB BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FORM. Doing so will result in the passwords not being transmitted and you will have to do this again.
