I cannot find my apps in Zoho?
If you are a Zoho One user, but you cannot find any other application than the current application you are in, there are two main culprits:
- You are accessing the application in the direct app url: check the address bar of your browser. It should start with one.zoho.com. If it starts with <<appname>>.zoho.com (for example crm.zoho.com, or bookings.zoho.com) then you are accessing the application via the direct app link. Simply navigate to https://one.zoho.com.au (australian data centre), to access Zoho One
- (not applicable to Spaces UI) You are logged in via Zoho One, but you have inadvertently collapsed the app menu. Click the three lines in the top left to make the menu visible again - it should change to the Zoho One icon.
