I have multiple aliases for my email - how does that work with the Zoho CRM integration?
If you are integrating your email to Zoho CRM with IMAP, you can only integrate one mailbox per CRM account. However, a mailbox can have multiple alias emails -
In CRM, first create the email integration via the preferred method - when integrated you need to select the alias you wish to use to send emails from CRM (receipt is done via the same mailbox - so your inbox folder is available in CRM regardless to which alias was used by the sender).
