Mailbox delegation in Zoho Mail lets one user access another user's mailbox, including all its sub-folders. This article explains the delegation options, and the video shows how to switch between your own mailbox and a delegated one.

Delegation options

• Read: the delegate can read the emails in the other user's mailbox but can't reply.
• Write – Send on behalf: the delegate can send and reply to emails. Recipients see that the delegate sent the email on behalf of the mailbox owner.
• Write – Send as: the delegate can send and reply to emails as the mailbox owner. Recipients see only the owner as the sender.
