In Zoho Mail it is possible to set up mailbox delegation. This allows one user to access the mailbox from another user, this includes the entire mailbox, including sub-folders.
There are three options for delegation:
- Read: the user can only read the emails in the other users folder, but not respond.
- Write - send on behalf: the user can send and respond to emails but it will mark as send on behalf of the mailbox owner by the delegate
- Write - send as: this will allow the user to send and respond to emails impersonating the owner of the mailbox owner by the delegate
