Switching between your own, and a delegated mailbox in Zoho Mail

In Zoho Mail it is possible to set up mailbox delegation. This allows one user to access the mailbox from another user, this includes the entire mailbox, including sub-folders.

There are three options for delegation:
  1. Read: the user can only read the emails in the other users folder, but not respond.
  2. Write - send on behalf: the user can send and respond to emails but it will mark as send on behalf of the mailbox owner by the delegate
  3. Write - send as: this will allow the user to send and respond to emails impersonating the owner of the mailbox owner by the delegate
