Accessing Zoho Mail from a different client (i.e. Outlook, iMail, CRM)
First, verify with your administrator that IMAP is enabled as a protocol.
When this has been verified, you can add the following details for the incoming server:
Incoming Server Name: imap.zoho.com.auPort: 993Require SSL: Yes Username: username@zoho.com
For sending emails, you need to configure the outgoing server settings (SMTP):
Outgoing Server Name: smtppro.zoho.com.au
Port: 465 with SSL or
Port: 587 with TLS
Require Authentication: Yes
