Transfer ownership of your Zoho One organisation to another user from the directory in the new Zoho One interface. This article is for the current Zoho One owner or administrators.

Change the owner

1. Go to the directory icon in the top right, next to your avatar.
2. Hover over the icon to open the Organization section.
3. Click Change Owner.
4. Enter the new owner's name or email address.
5. Review the warning: Apps like Creator and Sites that don't allow multiple administrators will have their rights reassigned from you to the new owner.
6. Optionally, tick or untick apps owned by other users to transfer their ownership too (for example, Books can be changed).
7. Click Confirm to complete the change.

Result

After you confirm, the new owner has full ownership of the organisation.
