Webinar Interface

Once you are inside the webinar, you will have the interface below. You will not yet be broadcasting, but this is a preparation room for you and your core organisers, also referred to as admins.

The polls tab looks like this.

To share materials with your attendees, you can click the relevant button indicated below.

Here you can select with materials to make available.

Once you press start broadcast, you will be given a countdown to prepare. This cannot be undone or stopped.

During the Webinar, you may wish to allow attendees to talk or even share video. To do this, in the attendee list, select the attendee you wish to grant permission to open microphone or share the video, click the three vertical dots, and select the appropriate option. To revoke this privilege, click the same three dots and revoke the access.
